Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Design Engineering Consultants (DEC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

DEC provides comprehensive engineering consultancy services including but not limited to:

• •Project management and supervision
• •Structural and civil engineering design
• •MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering
• •Construction management
• •Technical consultancy and feasibility studies
• •Quality control and assurance

Professional Standards

All services are provided in accordance with professional engineering standards and UAE regulations. We maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to industry best practices. Our team of licensed engineers ensures compliance with local building codes and safety standards.

Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete project information
• •Grant necessary access to project sites and documentation
• •Make timely decisions and approvals as required
• •Ensure timely payment according to agreed terms
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• •Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and documents prepared by DEC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use these materials for the specific project. Unauthorized reproduction or use for other projects is prohibited.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Generally:

• •Fees are due according to agreed payment schedules
• •Late payments may incur interest charges
• •Services may be suspended for non-payment
• •Additional services beyond the scope require separate agreements
• •Expenses and third-party costs are billed separately

Liability and Warranties

DEC provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law or professional obligations.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date, plus reasonable costs incurred.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
